Our Vision

 

The Department of Biochemistry hosts more than 20 ongoing thesis projects led by researchers. These projects are shaped around themes such as Proteins and Enzymes as Fundamental Molecules, Chemical Biology and Drug Design, Biological and Chemical Sensors, Plant Biochemistry, Theoretical Biochemistry, and Biophysical Chemistry. However, these themes are not independent of one another, and many of our Research Group Leaders conduct studies spanning multiple fields.
